前几天IE用户无法游览此网站的问题已经处理好了。同时也加上英文翻译。（不是翻译的很好，请见谅）
Technical issue and update.
IE user was unable to brower this web page at past few days. This porblem was resolved. At the meantime, added english translation on all topic. ( I am not good in translation,sorry)
