Description:
Dense, deep purple colour, the wine is an attractive marriage of ripe fruit and oak, with the palate showing that characteristic Malbec edge. Good length and a certain satisfying elegance, from this very old established Argentinean producer. (And which was also the first ever to be awarded "winery of the year".)
My taste note: Medium bodied with fruity aromas. Medium acidity and tannin, oak finish spicy and short. RM100 drinking in house. Two glasses out of five.
